Day 3 In the kitchen
A happy Monday to be sure at Kelowna’s Gospel Mission. Bright and early Monday morning both chefs arrived to see what was in store, and get those creative juices flowing.
They came out of the cooler with lots of veggies that had been donated over the weekend. Chef Edan with red peppers, and Chef Michael with mushrooms.
Throughout the morning the aromas filled our kitchen, and the chefs chatted up our judges, Phil Johnson – AM 1150, Bob Callioux, Manager of Kelowna’s Farmers Market, along with clients, Dee and Dan Newton.
