Our Executive Chef Jesse Croy has been cooking throughout the Okanagan Valley for over thirteen years. He has spent the last few years here at Summerhill, where he has earned the Sunset Bistro top honours in the annual Taste of Kelowna Competition by being Judges #1 Choice 3 years running!
Chef Croy has coordinated a network of local farmers and growers to build his menus, showcasing Canada’s finest wild and organic products, including Summerhill’s own organic produce and herbs grown right on site.
